These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.

We try our best to post the correct MRP’s of the product, but MRP’s of the product keep changing and sometimes its not possible to make changes immediately or the product arrives after the price change, but always but the product as per the selling price. We assure, you never pay more than the MRP of the product.

Order Cancellation, Replacement & Refunds –

• Return and replacement is allowed only before shipment and refund will be made in the same manner it is paid, without any charges. It may take upto 7-8 working days for refunds to credit in your account/wallet.
• Once the product is shipped, NO Return or Refund request can be taken.
• Replacement request will be taken only on select items within 5 days of product receipt, subject to the product to be in its original condition along with the original invoice and price tag/sticker/seal wrap intact, with no visible marks of usage or wear and tear, additional shipment charges will apply in such case.
• Replacement of wearable products (e.g. Shoes, apparels) and customized orders are not allowed. Hence, we request to refer size charts before ordering.
• It is advised to verify package while receiving, if f you receive a package that looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it, and contact us for further guidance.
• The website owner can cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including:
  • Incorrect pricing or description of the product
  • Payment fraud detection by payment gateway or our department.
  • Incorrect or incomplete buyer’s address
  • Available product did not pass our internal quality check during the dispatch of the product.
